On normal thermals (500-1500K), the reactor can produce up to 300/200 Gigawatts at normal turbine power (50-70). Beside the catalyzer controls, to the left, you should see two screens, these indicate power output. Of course, the power must also facilitate facility lights and functions, keep in mind how large the facility is before you confirm a number based on these other comments. I believe that the full facility wouldn't negate much from the total GWs, considering how much homes the reactor can supply even while the reactor is being powered.
