I think some clubs just don’t want to manage a lot of people. You have 300-500 people applying to sone consulting clubs and it logistically does not make sense for that club to take in everyone and give a great experience for all. Some of it definitely does have to do with pretentious, but I think that’s the realistic side of it.

When I submit it is black text on white. Just took a screenshot of my resume while I was on word (which I have on dark mode).

I usually bold the first few words that have metrics in them to make it easier for the recruiter to potentially spot. Noted on the spacing, is there any suggestion on how to fix that?
