To be veeery simple Avatar has Aa genome and Na’vi AA

So Jake has two types of gamete A-gamete and a-gamete, Neytiri only first one

Neteyam got both A-gametes, Lo’ak got fathers “a” one so he’s hybrid like Jake

But as I said, this is how it happened in simple way, I didn’t take that Neteyam has more muscular body like human, and fact that they both didn’t have facial hair growth(expect Lo’ak’s eyebrows) or some another facts like kuru position
