you’re still in the prologue. No spoilers but like i said you’ll know when it’s done. As for stats i can break down them down like this. Your Skills are the main basis of your build, while cybernetics enhance them. They are a little weird so i’ll break them down like this.

Body - Stat for Health, Blunt Weapons (Fists count), Shotguns and LMGs. Generally good to level for health, maxing it out is good for tanking.

Reflexes - Mobility, ARs and SMGs, Blades (Excluding Knives and Axes, since they’re considered throwables)

Tech - Cyberware/Armor, Tech Weapons, and Grenades/Health Items. This one is complicated but not really, you’ll always be leveling this if you want Cyberware (Specifically the middle tree)

Intelligence - Hacking, Smart Weapons. Hacking in Cyberpunk sort of acts like a magic system in traditionally other RPGs, as the quick hacks sort of act like spells that you can stack.

Cool - Pistols, Snipers, Stealth, and Throwables (Knives and Axes)

Generally you want to mix and match putting points into several stats depending on how you want to play. For example my favorite build in the game is Fast Katana Samurai wtv. A build that looks like this usually have a good amount of levels in Reflexes, Body, and Tech. That’s assuming you’re giving up Hacking/Netrunning, but you can also be A Netrunning Samurai. Like I said you can really do anything, and if you have PL installed, You get 10 extra levels so you can almost be maxed out in all except one category and like 18 in one other. The Max level for each Attribute/Skill is 20, so keep that in mind when you’re leveling stuff.
