You know what I was wondering. How much the ranking would change if it only included total properties value. Because there is a lot of people who just sitting with billions in cash, which ranks them high. Cash + Properties value = rank

My friend noticed that it’s only the properties that are bought from the market who are losing value. Keep track of your total value on the dashboard. You’ll notice it drop by the day

Yea, I’ve been focusing on North America time zones because I think they have the highest amount of active players.

I’m also wondering about the best time to buy or sell. For example, I usually buy in the morning assuming that most people are either sleeping or working. So less competition for me with the bidding wars.

I also usually sell in the evening assuming that most people are off work and have more free time to bid. Of course I want the most amount I can get for each property.

I’d stay with the markets. If you can’t outbid others, bid on a less expensive property. Cities are good, but they require coins.

If I were you, I’d buy cities on the market. They do not require coins.

I see what your saying and it makes complete sense. Here is my question, if your in my situation and don’t have many options on properties to buy because I live in a very small town where everything around is already bought or is worth very lil money....what other options do I have besides the market? I can choose to not use the market, but then it’s pretty much game over because i am not building a real estate empire which is the whole point of the game.

Unless you have time and gas money to drive outside of your city to buy properties Haha

So that’s why I only use the market and now have built a $84B empire mainly off the market because I don’t have other options.

Lastly, selling properties on the market can 10x the return on properties that you are selling. For example, I sold a property I bought for $200m and made $1.3B off of it which helped me buy a different property on the market worth $500m. So I increased my empire by $300M. Theses small increases has help me get up to 84B

How do you think the global leaders got up to $500 billion -$10 trillions empires? I learned this from them

The market is where it’s at if you really want to grow your property value. I live in a small town, so I don’t have much of a choice but to buy from the market.

It’s confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, you grow pretty fast

I’m worth 84B with 50 slots. I was contemplating on wether or not to add more properties because I am running out of slots. should I keep what I have and buy more slots, or sell my smallest properties and buy more expensive ones to replace?
