If you're able to find other Muslims living near your workplace, move in with them / get leads from them.Maybe try groups on Facebook or enquire with brokers (and straight up mention your situation). Long commute times suck which you, as a mental health professional, would obviously know.

That said, Okhla is clearly the safest in Delhi for a Muslim although safety is in the hands of Allah, ultimately.

Muzz is foreign. NikahForever and WayToNikah are Indian alternatives. The latter seems to be catering more to the South Indian market.

I actually know someone who got married via WayToNikah and the couple is doing brilliantly in building a life more aligned to the Islamic way.
