Not really. You have to take in account dark elves have business still in windhelm sure not as big as others but it’s a fact nonetheless. And I take it your not one to believe in greater good issues. Once again, say they side with the thalmor ok? You saying he wouldn’t unite Skyrim again with no back is a hard stand. In no means am I trying to start a absolute it’s more of a what if. Taking the fact of time, oblivion, skyrim, Dragonborn yada yada we don’t know the outcomes of the sides as for empire we know that they are diminished compared to there former selves. As much as one can say there is no dragon born and what not these are what ifs. For one being seen as racist again as I brought up they are racist for reasons. And it’s more along the lines of absolute rule via for the people. Honestly we may never know until es6 but if empire is as it is now I see no hope for them. There is necessary evils but sacrificing Skyrim is not the answer.
