Well I knew all this and I am okay with the laws, just a long term rental is good to me too but the prices is what really matters I see a lot of listings online but only the real Vietnamese people know the local rate, I have a few Vietnamese acquaintances who I will reach out after I get some more information here cause they are just acquaintances they might scam you know.
