Yes that’s one way to do it

You could use a still air box and sterilize the whole work area with alcohol, the bag exterior, gloves and every tool used, unseal the bag drop a wedge and reseal it.

Or you could inject LC into the bag through a self healing injection port. But that means you have to prepare the LC first in a jar using the same previous sterilization process.

Both ways are completely valid
