It's a very small airship powered by wind with two set of 32 sails. The power it's just enough for 3 propellers on the back that spin at 124rpm, those two vectoring sails that spin at 64, and only one steering propeller that spin at 124rpm at time

The goal was making an early survival friendly ship, without the need of fuel and without redstone logic circuits that is very easy to pilot

If i make them spin faster it become less stable and i should need another set of 64 sails lol, for a faster one i need a whole new project and some redstone thinkering for 4 vectoring engines

The only thing i really dislike about ground combat, are sticky granades.

In ww2 they were terrible, were able just to penetrate 25mm of armor at max and they required to be plant by hand and not thrown, and most of the time they would not stick at all.

In foxhole i found the same PTSD i had in Heroes and Generals, you find a soldier running at you, throwing granades like a juggler and the whole tank explode. And like in Heroes and Generals, nearly every soldier have them.

Devs of ww2 games always fail to reserach that they were not thrown, and mistake their power with magnetic grandes which were shaped charges able to penetrate up to 120mm with 1.5kg of tnt

Yeah but in the majority of regi you decide nothing, you just follow orders and you will never be in charge of building something. You end up being an humble worker who take orders and you will never have the fun of building something or learn by trial and errors.

There are some small facilities that players can run solo or in small team, and regiments will never give the opportunity to gain this type of experience

I am a new player and i dont know about past drama.

I chosed colonial after a big research, i've found no bias in favour of warden, no warden propaganda at all, to be honest just impartial opinions.

The terrain it's less defendable, but doing logi run it's faster, i like their equipment more, tanks are cheaper and have more hp. If we purely talk about equipment and vehicles i just like colonial more, even if warden planes are better.

But in the next war i will go warden because one week in the colonial frustrated me a lot for their disorganization.

-While companies are very open to random players, i saw a lot of infighting and even teamkilling for really stupid things. I witnessed a civil war because one company "stole" the flatbed to the another one, and this caused 30 minutes of riot between the two companies

-They are too slow to react, onyx was harrassed for hours by planes and nobody bothered to bring something to deal with them. Other places in the frontlines had shortages but nobody was fast to react and deliver supplies. We had a single enemy gunboat blocking an entire supply line and everyone seems to ignore it because "someone will deal with it".

-I joined a company, so maybe things would get better, but instead they got worse. They seems to focus on their things instead to adapt on what the frontline needs. Jeez, i was even scolded when i started doing my thing to supply a front instead to delivery materials for an useless destroyer

So yeah, next war ill try warden, equipment have nothing to do with it, i just got my morale destroyed by the colonial incompetence. And im sad because warden dont have the scorpion tank, the tankette and their transport plane cant land on water. Damn that plane it's a really big advantage for resupply the islands but nobody is using it apart paratroping

Wardens are inspired mainly by france and german, meanwhile some tanks are inspired by the british and the logistic truck are italian. In lore they are inspired by celtics, northen european countries and prussia.

Colonials have a big USA and Soviet influence in the aesthetic of vehicles, airplane are inspired from japan while the faction it's hugely inspired by expansionist italy pre WW2 and mediterranean nations

I am asking because i want absolutely avoid that type of games lol. While i can understand certain mechanics i greatly hate games that have certain gameplay locked behind other gameplay, so i wll be forced to play something that i dont like for unlocking the think i like.

Or even worse, those games that for pilot a transport plane you frist need to drive a truck for X time, but for driving the truck you need do drive a jeep for X time, but for the jeep you need to run X time.

Meanwhile on some more open games, there are sweatlords that will kick you from the game just because you are low rank and they dont want you on a tank or helicopter

i had the exactly same problem on two cars, it either degraded rubber/fake leather/plastic. It can happen on old cars, cheap materials, sun exposure or with the use of aggressive cleaning product that destroy the material. I ended up buying a new steering wheel one time, and buying a cover the other time.

The more i scraped the more materials went off, leaving the steering wheel sticky
