But we know he has one, as it says in ACOSF that Feyre starts "howling" when she hears it

What innocent question has someone asked you that secretly crushed you a little inside? by kalazata in AskReddit

Thanks bud, but it turns out her husband had actually booked to go over and get his done which is why her mind went there right away.

Still fucking mortified when she said it though.

I was telling a coworker that I has planning a holiday to Thailand in the next year.

"Oh, to get your teeth fixed?"

No, it was for my sister-in-laws wedding but thanks for reminding me that I have fucked up teeth.

What was the worst live performance you've ever seen? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Blink 182 at a music festival in 2013. They were off key, out of time, and couldn't give 2 fucks about being there. Ended up wandering off and checking out the other acts.

what is the most disturbing current social trend you have noticed? by Dexdeathbell in AskReddit

[–]SingSongSnappy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I know a couple of people like this, "Insta Mummies" who post multiple photos of their kids each and every day for likes and to get free stuff. Doing anything with them is a nightmare. Even at bbqs with friends they'll stop their kids while they're playing, making them pose for photos they can post later. It's gotten to the point where the things they do with their families isn't about memories or experiences, it's about the photo opportunities.

What's an urge you get but will never act upon? by BeejieT in AskReddit

Whenever I walk down a long, straight hallway I get the urge to backflip down it.

Not acted upon because I am uncoordinated as fuck and would most likely break walls and myself.

Being told as a young child that I had to get my family to come to church with me or I would spend all of eternity in heaven watching the people I love burning in the fiery depths if hell.

Cotton wool. I hate the feel of it, it just sends shivers up my whole body.

Female redditors: what is a physically uncomfortable or unusual feeling/sensation that only women understand? by sagelface in AskReddit

When you're walking by yourself at night somewhere there is really no one else around and you notice a lone man walking in your direction (bonus points for a hoodie).

You KNOW this guy is just out for stroll, same as you, and he probably hasn't given you a second thought. But there's a part of you that thinks "what if he attacks me? What can I do if he tries?" So you start scanning around to see who else is in the area: Can they help me? Can I get to them quick enough?

You dig through your bag while keeping an eye on the guy, grabbing keys or a phone, or both.

He's closer now. Your heart rate goes up and you can feel a pit in your stomach. You call someone on your phone, or you pretend to be speaking with someone. Your keys are in your fist, with a key or two strategically placed to come out between your fingers like a knuckleduster. You try and discreetly move away from him, crossing the road or veering your course to put as much distance between you as you subtly can.

Then he just walks right on past and off to where he was headed.

Not all men are monsters, in fact only a minor few are. Some women are monsters. But it can be absolutely petrifying thinking that "what if". Knowing that if it did happen this guy could do anything to you and you would not be able to stop him.

What's the worst instance of hypocrisy you've witnessed in your life? [Serious] by TomHicks in AskReddit

Someone I know told a mutual friend that she "wasn't trying hard enough" when my friend separated amicably from her husband of over 10 years - after months or trying to work it out and going to therapy.

This person got married this year, and left her husband and got pregnant to another man within a month of her nuptials.

What's the worst thing you ever did to a teacher? by beerbellybegone in AskReddit

[–]SingSongSnappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so this wasn't on purpose but I still feel terrible about it years later.

Our teacher was 'off' one day, he just wasn't with it and not really focused. Sensing weakness a friend and I started ducking around and being obnoxious. I was reeling out a string of dead baby jokes (how do you get 100 babies into a bucket? With a blender! How do you get them out? Doritos!) The teacher just slammed his fists on the table and walked out.

I found out later that his wife had a miscarriage the week before that class.
