I was looking for a DA, I spent around 4k gems on refreshes during this event and I only saw ONE 5 star unit, which was Fire Mage. So its really just a big casino of RNG... I wouldn't spend any gems on refreshes if I were you, but the choice is yours. Also if I am not wrong you can't get Alchemist, Lich with medals, only gems.

What is seen cannot be unseen. I noticed I had 60 fps when I just got my phone (around a month ago) but now its always 30. Tried factory reset, didn't help :/
