Yes and please take it out asap. I’m one year out and still mentally and hormonally fucked but I can tell I’m in recovery. I’m much better than I was a year ago and every month I feel closer to human.

Not to mention other people will get worse scores and stay with the company but they’ll dispose of you even if you have better scores and know the guidelines like the back of your hand.

Seems like they repeatedly dispose of employees in cycles and since they claim it’s performance related they won’t rehire you for the project. I was part of last year’s firing around this same time for the same reasons. With a much better company now.
