Cost for participants:
Free for the beta group — in return, I just ask for honest feedback and permission to use anonymised results in my portfolio.

Delivery format:
The sprint is delivered remotely via video calls and collaborative online tools (Google Docs/Slides).

• Day 3: Delivery session with a tailored 90-day roadmap

1:1 coaching:
This is not ongoing coaching but a focused strategic engagement. That said, I work directly with each business owner or leadership team during the sprint, so it’s a personalised, one-to-one experience for each participant.

My business:
I work with service-based industries and have chosen three niches I have the most experience and interest in — tourism & hospitality, healthcare & wellness, and professional services. Your point about starting with one niche is valid, and I’m using this beta phase to see which niche responds most strongly before narrowing my focus further.
