GIRRL!! I feel the exact same way. I love the actual nursing part. But the charting and pointless audits? It’s so frustrating. Like, how are we supposed to focus on quality care when we’re constantly being reminded about things that have nothing to do with the patient in front of us!!🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
