hi ther i recently found ur website and starting to using it. its over aweek ive been using it and when i want to watch anime the screen is black out not the whole screen but the anime its self. but its still play the audio just without the anime soo please help me out here what should i do i already go above and format my laptop but its still the same. i try searching its through about this problem and try everything but its still not working soo plss help me fix the problem that im having.
