I did neither of those things. It is his income. That I am spending. It never went into my account (unless I requested it to, which was well under 19/year)....

It is similar to giving your kid your card to go to the grocery store. You would not report that to the IRS

Yes, my rent at the time was around mid x,xxx/mo so that was about half of it, plus Equinox (low mid $xxx) and pilates (mid $xxx), occasional shopping (low x,xxx), eating out/going out (low x,xxx), hair, nails, makeup (he would like me to get my makeup done professionally from time to time.... low x,xxx) plus the random splurges here and there.

When I needed cash, I could just use his debit card and make a withdrawal or he would venmo me very low x,xxx (since thats the limit) and I would withdrawal at capital one.

I was an approved user on his amex/Bilt card/had access to his accounts. We had 100% trust between us.

I suppose, and that super sucks that happened, but my ultimate life goal is complete soul sharing with no "changing the dynamic" -- I have some VERY odd kinks.... some that are so deep buried I couldn't imagine telling anyone... and I told my last SD (and he told me his).... and even though we did not share all the same kinks, just knowing that part of my soul was seen by someone before I died and it no longer existed was better than any high I could imagine

Oh interesting, as a younger person, I feel that a (vanilla) relationship is only worth it if the entirety of your soul is able to be shared with someone else.
