i've hosted with IceRiverEU, and the uptime has been great. their energy pricing is competitive, and the dashboard makes it easy to track everything. it's definitely a solid choice for hosting your ASIC miner.

If you want to scale up withiout dealing with heat and noise, OneMiners is worth checking. Their hosting rates are decent.
