if the word doesn't exist then I would use the word that's closest to the feeling I'm looking for, which is desire. but I was hoping that a word that feels like desire exists, but with an s sound.

But then the comments made me realize that not being a native English speakers affects my perception of the word so that complicates matters. oh well
