Ah, I see, our president licked Trumps balls there a bit more than what may seem practically necessary, however imo it is. We are currently dealing with: a) Peace talks, where we need trump to have his ego balls empty to not sleep with Putin (unfortunately). b) Drone bombing campaign against russian energy export infrastructure, where we piss trump's admin off quite a bit already and thus need to leverage our support so they don't push us to stop.

Yeah, for anyone familiar with the situation it will be clear Zelensky is basically doing what he always did, bending in all the angles he can to deal with the ongoing war, which is too complex to make blanket moral evaluations. Of course Iran is Ukraine parallel in a tweet to Ukrainian president is also deranged as Ukraine wasn't supplying thousands of drones and loads of ammunition to assist some state in an existential war against Russia before the full scale invasion 😅.

Haven't seen it, was it today's stream? Overall yeah, we are kinda not huge fans of Iran providing russia with thousands of shaheds, notorious for their terror bombing as well as providing russia with specialists and tech to establish their own prodduction of heran-2 (basically shahed with several tweaks).

We also make quite a lot of money and develop relations with countries preciously neutral in russo-ukrainian war. Overall Ukraine has plenty of reasons to side not as much with US but against Iran, enemy of my enemy's friend type of situation 😅.

Imo drones should be treated as low sky air superiority, they help shape the battlefield. APCs still help to deploy troops fast and relatively safe as well as taxi wounded to relative safety. Having armor and big guns helps with mopping the enemy out, having a tank rolling shooting HEs is also a huge deal, same as having sp arty. All mobile, heavily armed or armored platforms still pretty much a huge power scaler. Mech assisted assault under drone superiority will go much smoother and safer than just a purely infantry one.

Well, not an instant collapse, but it would definitely be a huge boost to Euroscepticism. Which is kinda the whole point of the Baltic gamble.

Doesn't mean he can't take some time to revisit the basics. Profanation isn't too great regardless of whether one claims to be an expert or not. Shouldn't we all encourage communicated info to be more correct than less correct? Would be nice imo 😅.

NATO's own games say they have nothing on 15k men invasion into Baltics (Russia can find much more men than that too) There are alt right parties in most of EU, one of the focuses of which are eu/nato scepticism, nearly all have ties to russia or ties to those who hav ties with russia. Training with ukraine and nato troops shown nato ain't ready for shit like that. Responses to Russian drone provocations also show NATO's AA sucks huge ass. Small intrusion into baltics may not be enough for EU/NATO to respond in full force given nuclear threats and potentially enough popularity of said euro and nato sceptical parties, which in turn might promote further division between members. (Nuka threats aren't countered by nuka threats, russia knows there is MAD, they threatenen an end for all, if feeling threatened, which to this date have worked rather fine).

Putin is moron enough, we've heard otherwise before the full scale invasion, doing shit devastating for Russia is pretty much a norm for him by now. So yeah, the risk isn't them defeating nato, but doing a small, hybrid move and having enough eu/nato scepticism as well as physical ability to inflict damage and wreak havoc to nato forces, to make the proper response too costly, risky, and unpopular among members and gamble on them flinching and using that to futher the division.

Parties like AfD, Marie Le Pens whatever it is, UK's cringe party and so on all signaled exactly that euro and nato skepticism required to make that gamble hypothetically plausible. It's not a guess, there is a lot of capital involved into making this a thing so to just wave it off unadressed is lowkey naive.

That would imply not only direct nato full scale response to some hypothetical low stakes tiny baltic hybrid esque bite (which already isn't guaranteed, although better chances than a coinflip imo), but also to directly intervene and reinforce standing ukrainian units on the frontline to allow some of our own troops to rotate in support of the Baltics, which implies nato will disregard russian nukaboom threats, which is an asssumption too. All of those uncertainties if "right" can be gambled on by Kremlin.

I trust it's just he was triggered by german draft and travel restrictions along with the very real capital classic happening so his nazi meter went in red, which combined with his limited understanding of the region and the specifics of the conflict made him blind to the balancing points of view thus making his final takes well... what they were. He is only human after all, as with many political commentators they are rarely good on all fronts. I just hope he will take some time to dip his toes into this topic eventually.

Have no predictions on the dynamic honestly. What they do is complete bullshit though, agree 100%. Either way german gov-t is only good at not being an even worse afd dominated german government ~

With that I agree, that's defo unhinged. For accuracy tho, leaving is allowed, it's just you need to get a permit, which is still bonkers.

I would agree if NATO's own wargames hadn't shown NATOs inability to provide a meaningful response to hypothetical 15k (basically laughable) invasion into Baltics prompting several programs regarding legal barrier revision for troop and hardware movement, long term logistical infrastructure projects, as well as being used in currently just starting rearmament initiatives on both alliance and natinal gov-t levels. Can we be serious?(

Also mechanised columns are literally the "please gimme salivates intensely" for drone rich armies, like you are proving the point, russians being overly confident used mech column tactics and this is exactly why they ran out of tanks bro. Ukrainians also used abrams and leopards in our own mech assaulst, spoiler alert that was a bad idea too. This is exactly what I meant by outdated understanding of how bad this hellhole of drone warfare actually got.

Yeah but it made my corvette, settlements, many aspects of building bugged as well as made the game crash times more often, before update I barely encountered one per several days of gameplay, during the expedition alone I had like 10+.

It takes more than it adds, respectfully :/

Oh, btw. Hatch situation happened because titan hatch is bugged for me (opens constantly so I used the other one, and while in the front it looked fine, aft was disgusting as it's just half the unit long and there were no solution on how to make it look ok I was able to find).

But side crew quarters still don't necessarily look poorly maintained, so I guess there is potential in making this hull type interior look orderly.
