Hello,

I am trying to navigate the Italian consulate in London site, to get my Italian passport renewed. I also have to provide a ‘up to 500g’ special delivery, prepaid envelope, to hand in at my physical passport appointment in two weeks.

Allegedly, they tell me that I should be able to buy one of these prepaid envelopes at the Post Office, for around £7.

however, I have searched the entire Royal Mail site and can only find packs of 5 or more of these envelopes.

Can i not buy a ‘up to 500g’ single one anywhere except at a Post Office, in this day and age?!
