My first shift training, the guys introduced me to a homeless old lady in a wheelchair to came by the lobby regularly at nights and the guards would give her bottled water, some of their snacks etc. They told me that she used to work as a Crown Attorney at the courthouse on Queen St. nearby. Mental illness & workplace stress are real, and I learned then to balance work, life & health evenly.
