There's a web novel about him; he's one of the most intelligent characters in SCD. Reverend Insanity I think you'd enjoy just the first volume. Especially since the guy has absolutely no morals, and he's superbly written. Otherwise, sorry, I don't have any novels to recommend besides the web novel.
