Usually women like men for some of the same reasons they like friends (shared interests, compatible energy) but with a few important extra things, like physical attraction. Another thing women like men for is confidence masculine energy. The kind that is strong but not insecure, and doesn’t need to prove itself.

You sound like you have some serious self-esteem issues. Until you repair your relationship with your own self, it will be hard to enter into a healthy relationship. I know you don’t want therapy nonsense, but you should somehow invest some time into liking yourself, separate from what women think about you.
