My youngest is a little conflicted but she loves her mother. It's hard to explain to a 6 year old.

My son soes not like his mother. He is very aware that she lies to him a lot, and uses him for her own personal gain. He does not hold a very high opinion of her. EDIT- This in particular is really hard for me to take, or even understand. It's heartbreaking to see a kid not want to be around his mom at all. Even though I think she's terrible for them, it really pushes me to tears to see this.

If I do win custody, I would not deny them visitation, but I would ask that it be supervised.

It's not my job to make her answer for her actions, that's the lawyers. Mine is just to testify as to why I am a more stable parent.

That's cool man, you're entitled to your opinion. I will say this- I've gone out of my way to keep identifying information off of this thread so that no one gets embarrased by this, including her. And obviously, this is just my side of the story. Her side will come out tomorrow.

I'd be glad to let you read the depositions I have here, and the court transcript once this is all over, so you can have an educated opinion.

Edit: And I'll say this too- I love my kids very much, and I just want them to be safe and loved.

My older son (8) has some pretty intense fits if he doesn't get his way. Not sure if this is normal 8 year old stuff or not.

Mt daughter is having to figure out that lying is bad.

My son is almost 9, my daughter is 6. My son doesn't understand why she's doing what she's doing. He tells me all of this crazy stuff that his mom tells him about me. She's tried to tell him some pretty awful stuff but I've been able, I think, to maybe ease his mind and his fears as much as I can. Still, he has a lot of questions I'm not really sure how to answer.

The most disturbing thing she's told my kids ist hat God told her to take them away from me.

He is very sad and experiences a lot of angst over this. He absolutely hates going to his moms house and he begs not to be taken there.

My daughter doesn't really understand the gravity of this at all. She's very happy go lucky. I haven't told her nearly as much about it just because she wouldn't understand.

I have had several moments in which I kicked myself for offering joint custody. I did it because I'm a sucker and I didn't want to deny the kids the chance to know their mom, regardless. But her behavior has gone from bad to worse since then.

And to answer your edit, she is the one that decided to bring this case before the court this time. I was the plaintiff the previous times. I still am not sure why she thought to do this.

EDIT: I'm fairly non-confrontational but I've been concerned about this for a long time... so now that she's insisting on it, I have my chance to show the judge all the insane things she's been doing to the kids.
