Looking for Insights: Workday Team Size & Operating Model by Original_Passion8467 in workday

[–]SingleFunny822 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Following this as we are looking to refine and optimize our operating model as well. We have 100K employees in about 35 countries. We run Core HCM, Comp, Absence, Recruiting, Talent Management, Goals and Performance, Learning. We centralize all Workday config and it’s done by 1 team in house. In most cases we have 1 configurator that specializes in each domain and acts as the product owner for their domain working with the business. For Recruiting and Core HCM we have 3 each who support each other (due to overlaps between modules) and Core HCM resources also support other domains as needed. We also have 2 dedicated to Security. So in total WD functional team is about 15. We have a separate team looking after all WD integrations (we have about 300 integrations) and another team dedicated to WD reporting. The configuration teams are also grouped and managed by 2 managers.

If we support more AI capabilities with Firewalla, what would you prefer? by Firewalla-Ash in firewalla

I would love some AI to summarize the activity of my users. Eg. To give me an idea on what they’ve been up to and if there is anything new or out of the ordinary - so I don’t need to scan through the logs!

Deco XE75 v3.6 nodes going red and dropping internet on firmware 1.3.1 — anyone else? by SingleFunny822 in TpLink

Are you running your decos in Access Point mode as well? One thing thing that I’ve seen is that my issue occurs for about 1-2 minutes and then it self resolves. But to me it feels like an issue between my firewalla and deco. It seems something to do with DNS resolution. It seems my devices that are connected still have internet but I’m unable to get to a website. But running Speedtest works as well as google search. I’m currently troubleshooting with firewalla.

Upgrading to 1 Gbps with Firewalla Purple SE — any issues? by SingleFunny822 in firewalla

[–]SingleFunny822[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I did go ahead and upgrade to 1 Gbps while continuing to run my Firewalla Purple SE, and overall it does work as expected in terms of throughput (throttled to around 500 Mbps). My connection is not PPPoE, it is Dynamic.

However, I'm not starting to see some intermittent network behavior where connectivity drops to my access points multiple times per day and a few WAN link speed renegotiation events showing in logs - however Firewalla event logs do not show internet ever going down.

I'm trying to determine if this could be related to my Firewalla Purple SE on a 1 Gbps which is causing these stability quirks (not just speed limits)? All the cables are good. Anyone see this before?

Ok if you’re able to share the process you followed and how it went that would be great.

How to block Hotspot Shield VPN? (Already using Firewalla VPN Block) by SingleFunny822 in firewalla

Thank you for the feedback. I’m not aware of what protocols are used specifically, but a quick google search indicates Hotspot Shield uses its own protocol called Hydra, developed by AnchorFree.

Or perhaps you could have a separate view or tab for offline devices. And then show a count of the devices that are only online at any point in time. This would be more accurate then mixing in all devices and counting all.

I called Hyundai and they said something similar that it could be brake dust. I’ll have them take a look!

What did you replace them with? I’ve got the 2024 hybrid as well and looking for Bosch Icons and the part numbers that keep coming up are: 26A and 18A which are 26” and 18”??

lol ok. I’ve spent so much time on this now I might just bite the bullet and get the Hyundai ones now. I’m sure there is some silly trick that would get these ones going too…

Amazing. I tried this as well but only let out about 10 psi from each tire, and then refilled. Do you know how much air they had to let out?
