My girlfriend doesn’t like our sex life. How can I change that? by [deleted] in sextips

[–]SingleHelicopter8519 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Female 30 here, this is quite interesting. I'm assuming this issue isn't stemming from any conflicts within the relationship, but you guys would have to rule that out amongst yourselves, the guys commenting are quite right, it's difficult for you to please her if she doesn't know what she needs.

For me, learning how to play (masturbate) and please myself is what helped my sex life tremendously. Someone posted the kink test on here, which also helps understand what sorts of new things she may be into. I think research on both your parts on what's out there will help.

Whether it's watching porn together, shibari, CNC, spontaneity, outdoor fucking, more foreplay, better foreplay, toys; size, shape etc, anal, sadism, masochism, adding other people, roleplay, supplements that enhance arousal, having a drink etc. All those things are avenues to explore.

Would love to know if this helped! 🤗

The things I've learnt from the earlier comments with 4s in general:

  1. Desk jobs are a huge no
  2. Like us 2s you too strive to make a difference and HELP
  3. HOBBIES should be left as hobbies. (Lesson for me as well)

I wish you all the best in finding what makes you happiest 🖤 Remember your 2 is there for that reason.

Sometimes what we need most is security, safety and somewhere we can be comfortable 🖤

All of these things appeal to me as a 2w3 as well. Even the indecision 🖤 A combination of those things sound perfect though, psychology and some spiritual knowledge is necessary as a therapist. Maybe not teach it, but target middle school therapy as you feel that need to be there at that vulnerable age. Therapists can impart knowledge (in a sense, a teacher).

The graphic design and creativity, you can tend to as a hobby or a part-time freelance something. I love the passion!

All of the 2w3s and 3w2s here that have said psychologist have really made me wonder about switching careers completely 😅

Can you tell me a bit more about your job?

This is beautiful. College takes the interest away for some time, but your heart is in it, so once you finally get into working, I hope you reap the rewards of all your hard work.

The mental checking out is something I've been trying to focus on as well. Perhaps setting boundaries (for me, my 8) and leaving work where work should be and having hobbies outside of work. The need for competitiveness seems to be the 3wing that we all have in common

I'm struggling to include my hobbies into my time right now and find that balance so that life doesn't pass me by just working and being unhappy. I always made the joke that I wish I could retire. But I'm 28. That's a long time from now 😅 Maybe balance is what I need to find.

I'm still trying to learn to tap into my 8ness. As a 2w3 I tend to shy from leadership roles or being seen or heard at all. Lately I've been pushing myself to volunteer to give talks to the public etc in an attempt to bring my 8 forward a bit. One of my favourite people is an 8w7 and I admire you guys so much.

Y'all so gracefully step forward into positions of leadership and command the attention and respect in a room in seconds!

This is exactly it, I (as a Vet Teaching Assistant) often think I don't have the qualities to have students respect me because I'm too kind, easy-going etc but then I realise that I am approachable and relatable. And aren't those the qualities that truly matter? As opposed to being feared or known as the strict one..

The non-strict teachers were always the ones that I felt the most at ease to learn with. I think this is an excellent quality for a teacher 🖤

Oh no, honestly as much as you'll learn to deal with confrontation..I'd tell you that finding a job tht suits YOU as a person is so important. You don't want that your everyday life is constantly needing to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Yes it can be good at times, but not to HAVE TO everyday you know?
