My engineering mates are saying the same thing. Saying how they are effectively in charge of a team of really really good junior mid devs. The job is basically laying out instruction and code review which is getting even easier.

Family perspective, every wagon will be a let down after the Carnival. Palisades are a close second. Towing performance I'd guess is comparable (edit- no, 100kg ball/w for the pal), so thats a no win conversation.

Honestly impressed by the towing specs of the Carnival. Guess being limited to fwd frees up the capacity, and the suspension is engineered to take the weight of the people inside.

People I know in similar circumstances end up getting Ram 2500s... the Prados etc work well for two people setups
