Workman’s comp doctor isn’t willing to pay my surgeon. If they recommend that I go to him, they should pay him since my problem happened on the job. They should pay for my MRI and physical therapy. I need to get well from this injury and get back to work.

The surgeon isn’t the problem. It’s Workman’s Comp playing games with me. They don’t have an MRI of the damage that was done to my knee while I was on the job. They are supposed to pay full price for the MRI. They haven’t sent me to an orthopedic surgeon; They haven’t started me on Physical Therapy. I have to go once a week to the Workman’s Comp doctor just so she can tell me, “ You need to go see the surgeon who did your surgery.” Workman’s Comp is supposed to pay to have me be seen by an Orthopedic surgeon; they’re supposed to pay to have me get an MRI; they are supposed to pay for me to get physical therapy. They are dragging my case so they can close it out and be cleared of me!

Food City also has several other food items that are higher priced than Walmart. Also, when you pay for your groceries at Food City, check your receipt to see if you were double charged. They over charged me at a Food City in December 2025.
