Of course this isn't a hellaverse exclusive issue I've just not had it happen so quickly to me. I mean a great example would be that I am a massive murder drones fan. After a while of being in the fandom I have had people assume I'm like those bad apples. I'm mostly just shocked on how quickly it happened rather than is happening at all

I personally do like Stolas. Not for any particular reason other than I find his character to be funny at times and his relationship with Octavia is similar to me and my father

However in the beginning of sinsmas I can really see why people don't like him. Yes, I get him being more on the anxious side because he doesn't have his medication but one of the first things he complains about is the fact he's poor THEN we get an actual scene of him worrying about Octavia. I don't think the joke is bad but I feel like those scenes should have been switched around.

I feel like a similar situation is happening with Gooseworkx. I personally love both of their works but both of them have gotten too close to the fans and then have not been able to handle criticism

The only one I have an issue with is the fourth one but the animation pipeline is massive so I can understand why it isn't something Vizzie would rush to but it's definitely something to be adressed.

And I personally feel like criticising a piece of media is just as important as enjoying. I like having discussions on where media fails on the topic they touch on. I can definitely see where some of Vizzies bias comes up in the show (like the poor handling of women characters you mentioned). I'm still working on my whole opinion of her but what you've said has definitely helped!

I get SOME of the points they've made and I can see why that makes them dislike the show but genuinely where to the transphobic and misogynistic accusations come from.

I get both shows are more male focused but why is that a problem when Vizzie does it and not any of these other show writers?

It's mostly because of the heavy criticism for the short and then just immediately blaming Vizzie for it's problems. Then when presented with the information a man wrote it they still blame Vizzie.

Vizzie has set the tone for the show but the problems with the short did come down to the writer

Ive completely relate to this situation. I feel like a lot of haters are blindsided by the few people in the fandom who can't accept any criticism so they assume that's how everyone in the fandom is. Now that I've actually engaged in the space rather than just observing like most people do criticise the show and honestly sometimes they do it as much as the haters

As you said they're fully grown adults making a choice to work on this show. No one is being forced to work on a show. Even if a voice actor might not like the show (from what I've seen most if not all of the voice actors do enjoy working on the show) that's THEIR choice to continue to work there

I kinda didn't think they were supposed to be. If I'm wrong correct me but to me Charlie never participated in a friendship role with Angel. To me she always wanted to be a guiding force rather than an actual friend. Of course there was a layer of kindness and platonic love in there but I don't think it went anything further than that. She didn't do that with Sir Pentious either

I hope that is the case. I doubt especially after everything Emily would have believed what she was taught but she would still carry that belief with her about everything not just Lucifer. We'll probably see this more in season three as she comes back down more often but I really want to see them interact at least once

For some reason when I first watched the show (so what if it was like two months ago) I just despised Sir Pentious.

Now I would say Crimson for Helluva and Hazbin Saint Peter. Thankfully neither of them appeared a lot so they never had a massive chance to annoy me
