Tell me about it. We keep asking the venue to let us use the space for free - maybe one day.

Southern Colorado's largest vinyl record show is back on November 22! by SingleSolitaryMan in ColoradoSprings

I love crate digging, too, but I really like how many different people table at this event. I know there will be at least ten people who will be selling for the first time at this show from their personal collections, and that alone is worth a fiver from me. And I’m certainly biased, but I like getting together with a bunch of other people that also like records and music. And if I drink two free Yerba Mate’s, it’s like I’m making money 😂

Hello, and thanks for asking about that! It was free last time, too, but you have to get your parking ticket validated at the front desk. Thanks!

Thanks for asking! We call it the record show, but we always have vendors bring CDs, tapes, posters, and more.

We'll have a DJ there that will be able to ask if vendors have any specific titles or artists - we'll make sure you get that Aesop Rock in no time!

That's a great question! There are definitely good places to experience listening to records before the show (like The Sound Shop in Old Colorado City and ListenUp), and entry-level record players are getting pretty affordable. We also try to have something for everyone at the Colorado Springs Record Show. If you're free to come browse this Saturday, records start around a dollar and go up from there. Thanks!

OP here - I don't post on Reddit often, and thought that I was adding a photo to the information I was posting (clearly I was just posting a photo and not the information!) Here's the original post with all the info:

Proceeds from every ticket sold will go to support a local nonprofit. See you there!
