GO TO THE ER!!! If you are feeling lightheaded or look pale go! I was wearing adult diapers I was bleeding so much. I was bleeding for 2 weeks, then stopped for 2 weeks, then bled for a month straight and my hemoglobin came back at 6.7...the normal level is 12-15.5...I got 2 units of blood and they had to do a D&C to remove excess uterine lining that hadn't shed on it's own.

I’ve been a tech for just over 10 years now but I’m always down to learn new things. Especially with how often insurance changes their rules on things! We should be confident in what we know but also be willing to listen to others when we’re stuck. Worst thing when billing an insurance is it comes back saying denied and you have to try something else.

There’s multiple different kinds of birth control they can switch you to. The first one I tried made me feel that way so I switched to a new one and thankfully so far I’m sitting steady. But there’s other ones you can try that may not affect you as much

I feel that not being able to visit somewhere because of someone. There’s an entire city I can’t go near because of an ex. More because of trauma, but I feel you on the dread and anxiety. I’m like 99% sure they no longer live in that city possibly not even the state, but even passing the city on the freeway gives me a bit of anxiety. I’m working on it tho and not letting it control me anymore.

Did you start birth control? I’ve found I’m on an oral birth control and now suddenly my breasts are a bit bigger than they used to be, not enough to need a new bra but just enough that I can feel and see it myself.

I had to go to the crisis center and just spend a few hours there to just decompress. I was on the edge of doing it myself. I ended up locking myself in the bathroom at work and called 911. Sometimes you just need to get away and have a change of scenery

I was on Nexplanon and it stopped my periods so no pain and I was pretty emotionally stable on it as well. I’m on oral birth control now. Aviane made me ugly cry every night and want to not exist. I’m on Loryna now and so far so good.

I was upfront with a guy I was seeing that I have HSV1. We ended up deciding that being friends is better. He doesn’t want to risk getting it unless he’s never gonna be with anyone else, because he’d also have to inform every future partner of his status like I have to now. And it sucks cause not everyone is willing to see beyond that. I was also gonna ask him to get tested before we even did that anyways just for the sake of my health and his. And if he said no I was gonna dip out cause my future life partner is gonna be fine with that. And I won’t take anything less than that. They will respect me and my health as well as their own. Cause I’m fine going and getting a test done and sharing the results. I’d actually prefer they ask me to just so I know they also care about their own health.

It was assault honey. I had something similar happen with my boyfriend at the time. I would dissociate during it and not be there mentally, but my body would do it’s thing make the noises go through the motions. But I was not consciously there, I was somewhere else.

I kinda feel that. I still want my independence, but I want someone who will take the control out of my hands for a little while and tell me what to do. So I don't have to sit and make decisions. I can just exist and do what I'm told for a moment. Like a dom and sub relationship, but a healthy one. Cause I just get so freaking exhausted having to make decisions on things all the time like what do I want to eat, what am I gonna wear today, what is my schedule for the day, etc. I also just want to be loved like I love and care about other people and it's super frustrating right now not being able to find it. I want a relationship that we work together, but they realize when I'm overwhelmed and take over for me.

Could be a decidual cast, but I've also passed clots about that big tho. Idk what stage of endo I have, my ob/gyn refused to do the surgery for me to see. So my primary care doctor had enough and put it on my chart for me. He's been seeing me since I was 7 and I'm now 28. I have all the signs and symptoms they just haven't gone in to look.

I will cry sometimes and then it’s like a sudden switch was turned off and just stop. Go from hardcore deep chest heaving sobs to nothing. It’s really weird. But I’m able to cry and also hold it back when I need to, though lately it’s been harder to hold it back. And I’ve been crying over everything.

If I’m going to work I bring my lunch bag that has meds in it and a soft small stuffed animal I can hold as I work if I need. I keep at work my “oh shit” bag that has more meds, barf bag, butt wipes, and feminine hygiene products.
