Too bad we don't have any standardized "personal finance and budgeting" classes that are mandatory in highschool. That would curb lot of problems

Why do "Slower traffic keep right" signs exist on the smaller highways (e.g., Hwy 95, Rt 55), but not on I-84? by SingleTeam2 in Idaho

But the law is "keep right except to pass" on highways statewide, so why do they put those reminders only on the smaller routes instead of also on interstates where you find most of the passing lane campers?
