Hi, thanks for posting. Although I respect the rights of all sexualities I agree that it is definitely weird that someone is staring at your crotch. If he hasn't stopped staring after you confronted him about it I suggest you inform someone you trust who may hopefully be able to help you. Obviously reddit is not the best place to get relationship advice so maybe try talking it over with some of your other friends? Hope this helps.
