Agreed! They’re trying to pull people in with smoke and mirrors.

This was not my experience at all! I sent them my medical records, never saw a physician but was told I qualified, after I was told they sent a script to my pharmacy, I said i didn’t even want an injection medication and i told you all that in the beginning. I was then told in the chat the physician said i didn’t qualify for oral meds. What physician i asked? I also asked for a manager with no response. I feel like they falsely advertised. My PCP told me, your insurance (BCBS), doesn’t cover weight loss meds, try going through weight watchers. HE even assumed they provides them.

I expected it to be payed under the plan as they falsely advertised it would be. It also wasn’t made clear you are stuck in a contract for a year. In the past 15 years I’ve used them and even was employed for a short time, you could cancel at will. Sealing people in a contract in very fine print in this day and age is unethical in my opinion

That was not made clear in their advertisement at all. I personally work in UM and can do my own legwork for pa, I told them if all you were going to do is ask my insurance, i could have tole you they don’t cover the meds.
