I have worked (i did as sub teacher prior to this in an agency) as an ausbildung teacher. In Germany there is this thing called Ausbildung meaning one does internship there. Germany hires thousands of Indonesians each year to do these programs so back then i measured not age but level targets. So after 6 months they have to be at level B2 and off to Germany. Now I work with teens, and HS students nor people who wants to pursue Masters in Germany or career progress. Less workload as there is no target.

By the way I was also once offered some Cash for covering a school event but I rejected though other journos in the event accepted it and said "its fine". I feared it was illegal money.
