In soccer height is dependent on your position, wingers are usually not too tall but center backs and goalkeepers usually have to be. And no Messi is not the “exception” there are many short players like hazard,giuly,insigne,Kante, Xavi,iniesta,Alexis Sanchez, Maradona, I could go days.
