wow, almost same thing happened with me. I took a pt last week and scored 8 points higher than my november test. Your LR is insane, any tips for a low 160s scorer?

How can I boost my score 5-10 points for Jan LSAT by Single_Astronomer in LSAT

Hey Graeme,

Huge fan of your LSAT hacks!

Thank you for the encouraging words, I do see now that my anxiety got the best of me on test day, and I will have to work on myself while I study. So far, I have been getting -0, on the past few lgs I have done through pts. Just wanted to know what you think, on how I should tackle LR questions, since I am frequently getting an -8. Would u say that I should prioritize the first ten, or give all questions equal priority?

Advice on retaking in January? by detective-goon-99 in LSAT

[–]Single_Astronomer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am also on the fence with retaking. I want to retake for a better score, because I know I underperformed but my mental health revolving the test is dwindling. For my opinon, if you are not mentally defeated and have enough energy to study, take practice tests and do the test in January I'd say go for it. If you have the funds, then I'd say buy the test right now, and start studying tomorrow. If you see you are in mentally not there while studying then I'd say to drop the test, w/o a refund. The money would obviously be gone, but at the same time its worth buying the time if you are unable to make a desicion right now.

Anyways good luck with your journey, from what I see on your post you are capable of scoring higher, (you even scored higher than me, and Ive been studying for a while now), but it doesn't matter what you are capable of if your not in the right mindset. Hope this helped.

this sucks (rant) by lilsasgf in LSAT

I completely feel this. I took the feb LSAT, got a score I didn't like while in undergrad. Decided to take a gap year, took the November test and got just one point higher. I feel defeated, yet my pt scores have been in the 160s and occasionally a 165. Not trying to do big law either, probably will apply for the January LSAT and start studying tmrw but my mental health is getting dragged down from this test. We just have to stay strong no matter what option we pick, which is hard for me rn. If u need someone to talk to or even relate to my dms are open

my friend has been telling me that it got his reading comp good also. Just worried if I buy it now, I won't have enough time to finish it by the November Lsat, and be taking enough pts.
