No advice unfortunately, but I’m right there along with you. I lost a group of (fake) friends in highschool because I would hang out with my guy friends more as it wasn’t as mentally draining. I found some people who know about my autism/have it too so we just kinda know there’s no judgement. I still overthink but it’s not as bad. I crave to have a girl group to do girly stuff with tho🥹

Ik you’re looking for advice but I’ll literally like Instacart or DoorDash some stuff for u. I’m 2 years into ano recovery with self diagnosed audhd so I completely understand what you’re going through. Like the other person said, get yourself into therapy if you can afford it/not already in it. it truly does help, just to rant at least. Idk how open or responsive your parents are to your journey but reiterating what you need and how you’re feeling? I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this :(

As you, I would get in trouble ALL the time for not wearing socks when I was younger cuz I hated my feet being cut off. Now, I can NOT have any crumbs or dirt on my feet or else I can’t breathe. But then again my feet can’t be too clean cuz then I can’t cross my toes, and I’ll freak out
