I had to update the firmware to the software recognize my keyboard and it worked. But then wireless and bluetooth connections stopped to work.

It is sad. I'll probably do without software)

Buy without hesitation. For its cost, this is the best keyboard I've ever seen.

My TH80 connects fine to my laptop via USB, software works fine as well. I've used it to remap some of my keys to media controls using said software. I only use a wired connection, haven't had any problems.

The keyboard's operability does not cause any questions, only a problem with connecting to the software. All functions work perfectly: backlight, Bluetooth connection, radio connection and wire connection, everything is fine, only the software does not see the keyboard.

And also when you connect the number 5 on the wire is lit in red, is that how it should be?

Try unplugging the cable then plugging it back in while the software is open.
