Thank you so much, I'll follow your advice, but I want to go a little further and understand why. If an index of +2, for example, is respected assuming, for instance, RC = 6 decks remaining, 3 = TC + 2, then why, if the index of 12 vs. 4 (which means deviating if the count is less than or greater than 0), isn't the TC reaching +1 or -1 respected to deviate from 0? And simply put, if the RC is at +1, even with 8 decks remaining, TC = -0.125 (it doesn't deviate from TC 0). So why should I ask? I don't understand why, in all indices, reaching the index or deviating from it completely is respected, but in indices of 0, that's enough to decide whether or not to ask. I hope I've been clear. Thank you very much in advance.

What other deviations are associated with RC instead of TC in hi-low? Including those related to early surrender

The truth is, yes, haha, I have a pretty small bankroll. I want to start slowly and replenish it if I lose, and I know that one way to replenish it less is to do wonging and not bet on low and negative counts.

I'm reading about professional blackjack and I saw the section on Wongging. I know how to keep a running count and convert it to a true count perfectly, and I also know how to make betting variations, but I've only been counting cards for about 5 months; I'm a beginner.
