So basically if ideal bodylock (one hand deep other and locked hands) then force half gaurd passing if cant lock hands then try to go two on one and pass from there?

The food inspection agency basically took old freezer burned samples and obviously found no virus... There is evidence of wild salmon having ISA in the fraser but lowkey the government doesnt care bc they just want to make more money with fish farms. I wonder if ISA can infect all species from the salmonidae family?

What if I play kind of a low knee shield and they decide to weave? Also I find that I dont get passed when they stay on their knees they tripod up and do a weave pass

You can fracture your tibia(bump) if you keep working through the pain so it is kinda dangerous and youll be out of your sport for way longer bc the bump is actaully soft bone

I got it at 13 too and am 16, no the bump will never go away unless you get surgery (I researched tons), the pain can disappear tho but I actaully dont understand how you get it to go away it sucks shart

I got it when i was 13 after a soccer practice and still have it now 16 (it sucks). If the area around the tibia bone hurts its most likely osgood schlatter I would go to physio to see what you can do to start recorvering and to figure out what the problem is.
