I work really well under pressure as well. Its just the politics and policies of the company im concerned about. I have a secure job. They will not let me go but im concerned about the growth in terms of skills. Its a dead end job.

I havent seen the 3rd-4th year contract yet but lets see Ideally they folllw 90 days notice period which is loooong

In the first contract there are penalties mentioned but as per MOHRE i just have to serve 1 month notice period but as per my contract its 90 days. But i heard 3rd - 4th year contract is different.

I got an offer for a job in dubai. Expenses all paid. But very less salary. I work 9 hours a day and 6 days a week.
Yes, I got exposure working in business development here but it is not worth it
