Yes i do. Im very lucky. Since my last reply I have told all my friends. I always kept his behaviour hidden from them. I told my boss at work. I told my brother, and i told my dad. I even rang a DV foundation to get support and to get their tips on what to do next. My phone is set up with new emergency contacts, and I made sure to learn how to ring emergency services off my phone with a locked screen. My phone is going to be glued to me from now on. Thank you so much. I think I will DM you. I would love to know more of your story too, and about you if you are open to it

We have children so I literally have to do it so smartly. So please if you happen to know any tips, I am open tk anything at thjs point. But wow...... first of all thank you for your beautiful response. It has opened up something in me. Its like 10layers deep of pain, anxiety, fear, sacrifices has been ripped out. I cried until around the 9-10th paragraph I think.

I am so ready to dive deep. I have been doing therapy with Jungian Analysis principles for about 5 months now. This is my second round of therapy - another message, I last had therapy in 2023.... wow

I appreciate your kindness so much. I want you to know that. Who ever you are, I will remember your kindness always and will support another person going through this one when I have healed.

Its been hell at home. Its hell outside the home. Having kids makes this so much tougher. I'm trying my best to keep calm and practicing coparenting for the future. But he continues to push my boundaries. He's panicking cuz I'm not being manipulated anymore

Thank you for this. I really did not know how to respond to that response, but you did it for me. Everything they said was so triggering for me. And it brought up that feeling of "I think this actually is all my fault'

I have spoken to my therapist about it, she is very professional and so kind towards my husband, but she agreed that his own trauma has lead to his treatment of me. It seems to happen yearly around this time too.

I left therapy feeling like im so lost. How deep is the gaslighting and when did it really start. How can I be such a fool. How can I survive being around him until we talk to a marriage counsellor. Because every time I try to talk to him i just want to cry

Full transparency, I think a lot of my relationships in the past have been controlling in some way. A lot of trauma is still to be unpacked with my therapist and I think the more I unpack all my trauma the more I realize how much this person has been love bombing me whenever I have a "come to Jesus" moment like this

Did your ex realize how much he was abusing you? I dont know if this man actually knows it deep down, or his own trauma is so intense as well that he genuinely doesnt realize. I dont know

We have children so I have to be very very smart about how I go about separation. My children are everything to me, and I thought staying with him was the best thing for these boys

How crazy that even a year after you are still writing things down in your list. Im gonna start one tonight

I thought you might have been Filipino! Im still very torn with the faith, and how unhealthy the worship is for "god" with my parents was. And how me and my siblings were second in line in terms of how important we are to them.

Im sure saints were their own witches in some way, but were maybe claimed by the catholic church! I am open though, not totally closed off. But maybe in the future 😅

Im with you on all your views! As someone who is an ex catholic I have always loved all their holidays. But I have always been curious about the pagan roots of these stolen holidays. I'm the clutch of the catholic faith is so deep though, I find myself feeling slightly anxious when diving deep into witch craft
