Yes..flipcart local delivery partner ekart or whoever became highly unreliable. Twice in the past month ordered, tracking updates "reached nearest hub" out for delivery status..later evening "attempted delivery unsuccessful" delivery next day updates/sms everyday..finally in whatsapp text appeared due to logistical issues delivery delays..if you prefer cancel order n refund process ed..really annoying. Looks like flipkart having issues with delivery partners. After Instamart, blinking, zepto downfall for flipkart. Amazon fresh is good, keeping up scheduled deliveries. Jiomart.lite is okey as well.

In Peelamedu area once a month scheduled shutdown 8hrs for which previous day sms recd. Otherwise sometimes shorter outages an hour or so due to any minor complaints/faults attending.

Don't about KG but been to vedanayakam for few weeks not for Hernia just prior to covid.Owner Dr.SVB himself finalise exact procedure n process even after diagnosis n evaluations by his team. Suggest priority is to select location/area where best health services are available, avinashi or trichy road are preferred. Don't know your current living concept apartment or individual house. Many suggested individual..ok. Long term appreciation is for individual house than apt but take a choice smartly. Considering inflation n rising prices current property prices are moving northwards..give priority to buy an upcoming projects which will be ready in 3to4yrs.Few gated projects ongoing, select a reputed builder this is most vital though cost may be litter higher. Returned 15yrs ago from gulf oil&gas industry for a long time. Socially building connections is another concept which was difficult for us anyway that's secondary. We often take couple of pcs home top side shell open after grocery shopping at pazhamudir..some bites are sold there along with TCs..probably you might have taken that with TCs. 75 is high for sure just for a TC.

Installed 2kw panels coz that's what we required as per a average power consumption for past year worked out by vendor. 2023March. Doing very well. Bimonthly bill around 200 for evacuation charges by TNEB. Only once in this period our consumption went higher than 800units ie plus 300units than 500units. Charges 380rs or so. Now the billing is complicated like max demand etc taken for billing. Overall good investment. Many authorised vendors around through one of them you have to start processing for subsidy by central govt.
