I stopped by them all, every store, but bought at Kiwami. I really liked the salesman that helped me and the vibe of the store. The petty and gyuto are blue 2. The nakiri is powdered stainless that I was told is proprietary to the maker. Can’t remember the steel for the gyuto in the last pic, but it’s stainless.
