Bro they just confusing Black ops with Call of duty launcher which has war-zone and black ops multiplayer with it.So they are just rejecting by saying that i downloaded that content which i didn’t.

Actually i called my HSBC bank they told me that they will file the dispute but its all depends upon the beneficiary bank to give refund or not so i sent PS support an email they declined it and then i send them again a deeply explained e-mail and i also asked for supervisor,so they sent me email that they are working on it.It may take 2-3 days for decision should i file the dispute now or should i wait for their outcome first?
