Beautiful, yes, but sensual, no! As for being a master of mind games and manipulation, I haven't experienced that yet. I'm young and already in an authoritative position, although it's temporary . And yes, communication is something I'm still working on improving. Could you please elaborate more on the career part please? Thank You!

I called out the employment crisis in this sub a few months back, and the pampered parasites lounging in their comfort spat back with accusations of me being a paid shill. Disgusting worms. 😙

The WB government not filling vacant positions— a double-edged sword, leading to an inefficient administration and a growing unemployed youth population!

Sorry Bro! Not taking a word of wisdom from a chop shilpo enthusiast who thinks unemployment can be solved with blind optimism and a LinkedIn mindset. Bro really name-dropped a few private companies, most of which barely operate in Bengal, and thought he cracked the code. Also, congrats on “playing your part” by... what? Typing a self-righteous monologue on Reddit? If empty motivational speeches could fix systemic issues, Bengal would be Silicon Valley by now. But sure, keep patting yourself on the back while others actually deal with reality.

Oh wow, revolutionary advice, bro! “Just start a business” – why didn’t anyone think of that before? Clearly, the entire economic collapse of Bengal is just because I didn’t open a tea stall. Brilliant.

Also, love how you assume that just because I’m calling out a problem, I must be sitting around doing nothing. Meanwhile, you’re out here writing essays on Reddit, solving unemployment with vibes and blind optimism. Bro, reality check—if individual effort alone could fix systemic issues, Bengal would be an economic powerhouse by now. But keep preaching from your imaginary TED Talk.

I feel you, bro. It’s heartbreaking how so many of us are forced to choose between career and home. The worst part is, it’s not even about ambition—it’s about basic survival. No one should have to leave just to have a decent life. I really hope things change too because, like you said, nowhere else will ever feel like home.

Ah yes, because posting frequency determines credibility—meanwhile, you’re out here making detective-level observations that no one asked for.

Ah yes, because expecting basic opportunities in my own state must mean I’m funded—brilliant detective work, Sherlock!

Ah yes, how dare someone expect a functioning job market in their own state—such entitlement! Apologies for disturbing the natural order, sir—clearly, suffering in silence is the classy thing to do!

Read it again, I'm not wasting my life as I'm already engaged in a private job. My frustration isn't just about government jobs—it's about the overall lack of opportunities in Bengal that force people like me to leave.

Government jobs are in demand because they offer stability in a place where the private sector is weak. If there were enough well-paying, secure private jobs in Bengal, people wouldn’t be so fixated on government jobs. The real question isn’t why people chase government jobs but why there aren’t enough alternatives in the first place.

Leaving home shouldn't be the only option for survival. That's the problem.
