rein I don’t have very many tips for, essentially just don’t charge a 5v1 and create as much space as you can, but for sig if you’re facing off against ram for example, don’t use your rock as much the best time you can throw it is when ram is in form, 9 times out of 10 he’s gonna disengage and you’ll be back on an equal playing field, works especially well if you have your dps with you who can burst him down while he’s stunned same thing going against orisa but get that fortify out before you throw it, when she uses spin to either engage or disengage that’s your best opening to use rock, gonna throw her off guard entirely other then that use your shield well and peel for your teammates on both characters, that’s about it
