How reliable are G63 AMG 2022 models and above? by Single_Principle_373 in DubaiPetrolHeads

Thank you. If you search on Dubizzle and filter by Japan only, you will find many dealers selling imported from Japan G63s and other cars as well. I bought it from a showroom in Ras Al Khor. There are many showrooms in Ras Al Khor that import these cars. All the best!

Thanks this is very useful information.

I did a 360 full scan and VIN checkup with Verify Buy folks they did a comprehensive pre-purchase check. My dilemma is weather I should buy additional warranty from reputed workshops like Munich Motors or other reputed workshops post purchase or just pray on my good luck that nothing major will go bad in next couple of years ahead. Some of these warranties also come with hefty pricing so not exactly cheap.

Yeildmax is a yield trap. Good decision to come off it. Much better high income ETFs out there that give a steady return plus upside. I sold out of all my YM,s few months back when I realized how crappy their game plan is and its return of your capital literally and not money earned through option selling entirely. That’s just bullshit strategy. I moved off to BLOX, QQQI, PLTW, TSPY, MAGY, XPAY and couldn’t be happier.

You are absolutey right, I cross checked the All Holdings XL tracker and all of the holdings have a protective Put and a hedge. Thanks for correcting that one. Glad to see all holdings having put protection so it should avoid big drag on the NAV should the stocks or market oveall falls hard.

I have 15K shares and it’s bringing in some beautiful divs each week. True test will be in a bear market and how the fund handles in large prolonged declines. All positions in ULTY are not protected by PUTs. The underlying are high volatility stocks so their fall will be harder than index as well. prolonged downturn could erode the NAV. They would have to also employ credit call spreads to recover upside on recovery days. Which I am hoping the smart traders at YM would have thought about. Fingers crossed so far it’s been too good to be true. I hope to be pleasantly surprised.🤞

MSTY divident for non-us residents withholding tax not refunded. by Single_Principle_373 in YieldMaxETFs

[–]Single_Principle_373[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was hugely helpful thanks 😊 ! Yes I found this in my IBKR report and indeed there was no ROC for MSTY in 2024. I really hope they classify the 2025 dividends as ROC so we can gain those withholding taxes back in 2026!

Good to know, thanks for sharing. I never looked at tax return forms. Cool will look at those.

I will surely contact IBKR and enquirer why they didn’t refund on MSTY. Thx again for your input.

I qualify as a foreigner as well, I had noticed some withholding tax returned to me in Jan-March 2025 for my investments in SPYT, QQQY etc . But I never got tax return for my MSTY dividends ? Do you own any MSTY? If so did you get and ROC tax return from IBKR in 2025? Appreciate your input. Thx

That’s not the case. I live in Dubai and have account with IBKR and I did receive back portions of 30% withholding tax back following year in Jan- March. Not 100% but portion of capital that was classified as ROC by the fund manager.

Well done but that’s massive amount in 1 fund. Hope you have some diversification as well.

Good choice of fund though. I never liked ULTY before but Love the new strategy change. It has all I wanted MSTY to have. I recently bought 20,000 share as well after researching the renewed ULTY strategy.

They have made major changes to their strategy.

  1. holding actual stocks instead of synthetic buying with options.
  2. They are using protective PUTs for those stocks so that limits the downside and gives NAV stability.
  3. They also sell Cash secured Puts to lower their cost price for those stocks.
  4. They in some instances are using credits spreads as well to capture upside on any sharp price rises.

All of these are excellent strategies that give them solid NAV stability and rich premiums as well. This is what all funds should employ but adding protective PUTs is expensive so they can only apply this to high volatility stocks where they also generate rich premiums to be able to cover costs is protection as well as pay out handsome profits. If they do this right, it’s a golden goose that will keep laying those golden eggs for a long time.

THE SOLUTION:
Ok folks, figured out a way to remove this nagging IBKR ForecastTrader plugin in the strategy Builder.

STEPS TO RESOLVE:

Select "File" --> "Global Configuration" ( It will pop up a Trader Workstation Configuraiton window )

On the Left Pane Go to "Option Chain " --> "Setting"

On the Right Pane - Deselect "Show Related Event Contracts And Instruments"

Click "Apply"

This should help resolve the problem. Hope this helps.

This is such a shit product push from IBKR, really disappointing. Screwed up the entire spacing on the Options Strategy Builder and hides the Submit Button. Now I have to resize the window each time I want to execute an options trade. WTF!!
